Challenge: Deliver a reliable platform on a tight timeline to cover the 2026 Winter Olympics (Milano Cortina), with clear navigation across disciplines, athletes, venues, and schedule while keeping a smooth experience on mobile and desktop.

Solution: Designed and shipped a Next.js 14 application with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion. Implemented fuzzy search (Fuse.js), an interactive Leaflet venue map, a competition schedule, and detailed athlete pages, all within the Ice & Summit design system.

Production-ready WinterPulse 2026 platform: 16 disciplines covered, 115 events indexed, 9 venues mapped, instant search, and 51 unit/integration tests. Lighthouse performance remained at 95+ on key pages.
